Return & Refund Policy
SHIPPING :
Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email and SMS with the tracking information for your order’s shipment. The total time it takes to receive your order is shown below:
The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.
Processing time (1-2 days) : The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.
Shipping time (3-6 days) : The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.
Refunds and Return (If applicable):
You cannot cancel an order once it has been placed, and we do not offer refunds. However, if the delivered skin does not match the ordered skin, you can exchange it within 24 hours.
Exchange :
if delivered skins are in bad condition or skin cuts does not fit to your mobile take photo and record it and send to us on themobilewarps@gmail.com we will examine and exchange it within 24-48 hours.
